Ever wanted to write a movie or a TV show?

In this special talk, acclaimed screenwriter and lecturer Pat Higgins will take you through some of the tricks and techniques of successful screenwriting. From creating characters to idea generation, from how to get those first words onto the paper through to constructing an emotionally satisfying ending. This is a new interactive show for 2019, condensing a ridiculous amount of advice into a jam-packed 80 minutes.

Over the last fifteen years, Pat Higgins has sold spec screenplays on both sides of the Atlantic, directed award-winning feature films and and worked extensively as a script doctor. He’s spoken at film festivals, the TEDx stage, colleges and universities.

He aims to show you that you, too, can write a rock-solid screenplay in 30 days without giving up your day job or neglecting your other commitments.

And you can have fun doing it.
